I'll be there on Sunday.

There is a Shilo Inn in Warrenton. Cheapest options are prob in Astoria.

Probably be best for Saturday night. We're going to have a hotel room somewhere probably the Shilo in Warrenton, so we can all get together there.

NOAA: Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 60. East southeast wind around 7 mph.

It looks like a beautiful saturday. but will it be windy?
do you guys think it'll be windier than forecasted?
I guess I'd rather get skunked at the coast then have a shitty session at the airport.
i think.
there will be easterlies around Airport-Viento....
hmm.

If you go SUPing at short sands you'll be done just walking the board down and back. Those things are so freaking heavy. Try go somewhere where you can drive up really close to the beach if you want enough energy to actually ride. Although I wasn't super impressed with the riding either. I think it'd be fun if you have nice smooth long breaking waves. Not so good in shore break. Longboarding would probably be more fun at the Oregon coast if your wetsuit's warm enough. Sounds like a good day's lining up for tomorrow though. Have fun!

It's not that bad of a walk. Besides once you get there, you get to chill on one of the coolest beaches on the coast.

Hehe, I'll wait for your response after you carry an 11ft SUP down there. Gman and I had fun just getting them from the water to the houses in Seaside (tide was super low).

and sailflow.com
they've been accurate before, but they do look off today. and probably for tomorrow judging by the other ones you listed.

FYI, ikite = sailflow (same engine)... neither is very reliable for the coast yet... especially in the winter.
