Riders Joby Cook, Jake Cook, and some douche bag named Nate...

winching...

From the Banks of the Hood in kinda-sorta-HD-a-vision

Thanks to Tekko for hooking up the Grinch, camera and the LF...2nd Wind for the ladder and over all rad-ness...Jake and Joby for being steezy mofo's and cam-bro's (bros who hooks up the solid camera work)...Forrest and The Slider Project for their large, slippery objects...and finally cold weather, for motivating me to put this together. More soon...

Other Clips

Australian SS Rider Andy Yates in the Gorge shot in June between Stevenson and Jones Beach

Nice!!! Appel? i thought your last name was dog.

We need to haul all our rails and the candy mountain kicker down there for some serious amusement park shiet. Too bad its waaaaay too cold for that nonsense right now.

Both vids were totally killer...

But that head first wipe out in the shallows made me cringe.

Ollie Comp!

It'd be sick if we organized a simple Spring Winch n' Ollie competition among the two crews and anyone else who can ollie a wakeboard... the kind where you have to ante up with a predetermined number of beers, ollie the opening hight, and then drink between each additional raising of the ollie bar.

The more beers you drink before a jump, the more points a 'make' is worth. Drink too much, miss three times, and you're done...so it's like gambling, only with more involvement of your liver. Retries at a hight require re-drinks.

eh?? eh???

A classic East -vs- west dual. As long as we are going to have an ollie off, we might as well throw a limbo pole out there as well.

That sounds like a great excuse to play in the ice water. First rule, nobody under 21.
