I saw this thread on another forum and thought I would find out the truth here ? I can understand there might be some consolidation in the industry due to the current economic conditions. Someone mentioned that Liquid Force turned SS down

I don't know about this rumor but on the Best forum there was a post from Simon at Best saying they were going to license Slingshot's one pump system for some of their kites. Don't know if it's a done deal or not but maybe, "Best is going to buy Slingshot's one pump system", has turned into "Best is going to buy Slinghshot".

Ozone realized Slingshot's one pump was the best system out there.
They announced it was Slingshot's,
and paid the license fees, starting back in '07.
I'm sure glad the Instinct's have this one pump,
specially in the cold of winter.

When will SS get the message and realize that what they really need are mostly naked chicks on their website... now that sells kites.
BTW, like the new site Shy. Clean, easy to navigate, no ominous music or annoying flash. Well done. Is the wakeboarding part of SS done in Stevenson as well? or is that done of out Florida or elsewhere?

New site clean, finally!!! Thanks for the support!
Yes, the wake program is here too. The wake boards are made in the US as so are the kite boards. The wake industry is freakin out with this product we have developed.
SLINGSHOT IS DOING JUST FINE. THANK YOU.

schey...when i first heard this rumor, i thought, hell, slingshot should buy best. other way around.
my guess though is slingshot wouldn't want the high debt load of best and is doing just fine as is. keep up the good work guys.

my bullarroo one pump kicks ass... by the time i'm done pumping up my kite, everyone is done (and tired) with their first session, and my arms are so huge from pushing air into the closed air valve that I can show off my guns on the beach (assuming my back isn't too sore from trying to pump air into that thing).
