Lookin good for da ponds.
SUN...E WIND 15 KT WITH GUSTS TO 20 KT

Would be extra sick if we could find a way to bring a feature or two out...
Nice shallow water with sandy bottom.

i could be down for this plan.
i might stay closer to pdx, though, if the easterlies are hitting RR...
never kited that spot though, so its tempting, I guess it'll depend on the weather/wind as it approaches.

You guys sound like a bunch of weak drunks. Don't you know you're supposed to drink before AND after your session?

What is RR? I am flying into PDX at 1:40PM on Sunday and want to get something in before I have to be in Portland Late that night. (may consider driving to the Pond, but it would put me there 4PM best case.. )

Dude - Rooster Rock is on the 84 east of portland by about 20 miles or so. Its on the Oregon side.

However, if its blowing easterly - generally those winds shut off fairly soon - done by three (generally), but it has blown until five at times.

Its a state park - you should see signs as you are heading east.
