I recall that the kiting at Powder Mt. is out of bounds. Depending on the wind direction you can rig right next to the parking lot and just ride over to the main kiting area without paying anything since you don't have to take the short little lift. The ski patrol pretty much confirmed the same. If you do want to take the lift it's $20 for the day. Fun riding for sure.
