Looks sick. Prob 1ft wide is enough for slider. Sorry don't have time to tech out yet, been checking on engines.

Those saw winches are locally made and very dependable
mate them with a large saw 100 cc's
I sold mine for a couple hun a few yrs. ago

I just posted that as a concept.
It won't work as is. Maximum speed is 80 ft/min and 15 mph is 1320 ft/min.
It is designed for pulling power (4000lbs) so it has a gearbox ahead of
that chain drive running the spool.
Could possibly swap out some gears or look at a simpler design just
running the spool directly off the engine with the right sprockets.
Actually, a couple of bikes with a spool between them could be cool.
That would let the peanut gallery work off some of those beers they are
drinking when it's not their turn.
That could be a fun project for those creative kids over in White Salmon.
Be happy to cut spool parts for that crew as well. As long as they can
show that they did the math first.

| I love the TAP scrap bin! Might even have some stuff that's about the size that you want, though I doubt it'll be plexi. It was just soft shit and acrylic when I was there a couple months back.

Thats what I was thinkin - we harnessed two mountian bikes together at Manzo and had a fun ground board session - pull bitches!
But maybe the bikes just wind up some sort of spring mechanism, that you release when the rider is ready to go
