Sunday was dead all day at Manzo with the wind line flirting within reach till 5:30 - watching several folks drop their machine and big kites in the drink wasn't inspiring
-nearly went home - Genek and Toby - rallied knowing what ever we would put up would be wrong - thank you wind gods
- moments of greatness on head and half with the last wave the best of the year for me - big smiles
- fun spectating too just following Toby and Gene around watching them slay it

Yeah, Manzo delivered the good for sure this weekend. Had some great waves Sat and Sun. Lots of head high sets with some head and a half plus at the right spots on the outside. We were all rocking it strapless and had some sick rides . I had my best strapless floater to date, on an overhead jacked up vertical wave. Thought I was gonna get obliterated looking down at the drop but rode over the barrel and got set down super smooth in front of the exploding wave and rode away like it wasn't even there. Super stoked! I know everyone else has some equally good stories.
Carl even rode an overhead wave on his ASS trying to slow down and avoid hitting my kite. I looked back expecting carnage, but was happy to see Carl riding away like it ain't nothin. Monkeyboy charged it on Sat too despite his wrist.
Glad everyone got the goods somewhere. The swell is back!

| Oh ya! Definitely smiles the last four days at Manzo! Some of my best times out strapless with some fun size swell rolling in. Looks to be another day of it today so let me know if anyone is coming out. Hot here with sunny sky's this morning and the wind getting ready to deliver another afternoon. Come get it!
