Hi everybody,
Once in a while you hear or read about these people who quit their job, sell their house, say goodbye to family and friends and move off to some exotic place in the tropics and start a car rental company or small hotel or whatever. Well, i am one of those people. My wife and me got really tired and stressed from the "rat-race" in Holland and decided it was time to convert our holiday beach villa in Brazil that we bought 3 years earlier into a Private Guesthouse. Very soon after kiters from all over the world found their way to our place in the sun and the kitesurfguesthouse was born. As many know by now, the Northeast coast of Brazil is blessed every year with reliable trade winds which turn the area into a giant playground for kitesurfers from all over the world, guaranteeing wind almost every day from July to January.
When you want to escape the rat-race for a while you must come visit us. And even if you don’t visit we hope our story will inspire you to follow your hart and let nobody stop you on your journey where ever it may bring you.
Check our website for info and photo’s www.kitesurfguesthouse.com
See you in Paradise Cool Oele

Your blue kitesurfing lagoon looks a bit short.

It's their national sport. It's just like horse racing, I bet on it all the time.

Yeah, not only is weed readily available and legal, they have to struggle with weeks of mandatory vacation time and skinny blond women all over the place. That's enough to make anyone flee....

Let's not forget the trauma of having to know the metric system or living with the fear of those war-mongering Belgians just across the border. I know I wouldn't sleep at night.

"No mass toerism" Shocked ? Does that mean you're safe from Big Foot?

"Private use of our giant Laughing swimming pool". It might not be a very big kite lagoon, but at least it's a GIANT swimming pool!

BTW, why would you need a GIANT swimming pool if you've exterminated all your Big Foots? Wink

LOL, looks like he picked the wrong crowd to complain about rat races to. That being said, it looks like a wonderful setup. I'd come down for sure if you managed to sneak a few choice seeds over with ya!

The garage looks nice. And you can get wellness at the same place at the same time!

Quite opposite, it looks like he struck a raw nerve. With all the goodies in the Netherlands, he still preferred to bail out, and he could do it. (Oh, how I hate him Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad )

That being said, I definitely would visit his wonderful place, but I am about to win the race, so I can't at the moment. Confused
