I finished the Roy Webster swim around 9:30 this morning at White Salmon bridge. The wind was already blowing a good 10-15 Westerly and I expected to see a lot of people already rigging. Not only was the spit deserted there was only one paltry windsurfer up near Stevenson actually on the water. Summer's almost over.
