Scap is blowing N13 right now. The Fremont bridge is NW9-12. There's a 0.13 and growing pressure diff between Newport and Scappoose. Thats not bad so early in the day.

Yes, but I like my choice of gradients better. Scap is now blowing NNW13, gusts to 19.

Typical sauvie, more kites on beach than water. handfull of kites in the water. That said, I did get about an hour of "woodie" time.
