When we get closer to the date, and there seems to be no wind on the horizon, then we will look at postponing it.

The wind forcast as it is now is looking better for Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, I have $25 lift tickets to Bachelor that are good for Friday Only if interested in spending the day at Bachelor instead of on the Sleds let me know and you can have one of the tickets.

I have 16 of them

Cant make it Friday anyway , hopefully the wind is adequate sat/sun . Cracked a rib at work yesterday Sad . Still going to give it a try though, anybody ever tried wearing a waist harness with bad ribs? Im thinking the torque will be less on snow than water? We will see I guess

that sucks man, Ribs hurt.

A waist harness will feel like a thousand needles. It will help to be under powered, but the lift on the spreader bar takes the breath away every time. If you can wrap your chest with some ace bandage beforehand it will help. Arnica gel will take away any swelling/bruising. The terrain looks to be pretty mellow so that should help. I had a rib injury last year and couldnt kite for 2-3 weeks. even then it was mellow and with a seat harness.

Unfortunately my seat harness isnt big enough to go over winter clothes, Ill just have to bring plenty of Drunk in case the pain is too much with the waist harness
