Kataku2k3, I don't know how to answer that without getting into trouble!
as for the gear, 2nd Wind made the demo happen - Thanks Pepi! The Waroo is an 07 and was on its 3rd flight but it just started clicking for me yesterday as I'm a bit slow on the uptake. |

Hehe, I was just curious cause the kite falls really strange. Have you not had any issues with tangles? Does it have a bridal? I can't tell.

I've seen it and put it down lots of times on the center line safety, and tangles have never been a problem. It does just what it did in the vid... "flag out" and float down. Just want to stay clear of the line when you're running it back through the bar. It'll go fast if you want it to!
And it does have bridles, but they're pretty short. _________________ myspace.com/adamuyemura Last edited by Kataku2k3 on Tue Aug 07, 2007 11:21 am; edited 1 time in total |

| front line re-ride seems excessively safe. attaching that mini 5th line leash to the front line swivel would pretty much give full depower--even if the stopper was down low. i bet that's how most would ride it. still, you will get the annoying wraps. you can mod the current SS chicken loop setup to work this way if you want. |

| is there a way to upgrade the 07 slinshot bar for the T2's to this system or something similar? The problem I have with the release is that sometimes the bar travels clear up to the kite and becomes a real bitch to swim to. |

Hey Spike. In the past, we had a yellow stopper ball that screws onto your safety line. You place it just far enough up your line to kill the kite. We took it off this year because most people don't fire their safety very often and it can wind up tangling your lines when launching. Especially at places like Stevenson.
But if you want one of those stopper balls you can pick it up at a local shop.
As for upgrading your bar, it doesn't look like we'll have a kit. There are subtle differences between 07 and 08 bars that ensure the safety works properly. For safety reasons, we dont want to make an upgrade kit at the moment. _________________ myspace.com/amerysmusic |

very nice video. I can't wait to demo the kite. Is this the same kite that was used during the BOTG event last month? _________________ thanks for supporting Kiteboarding 4 Cancer. |
