The first one was 9-10 long. Breached right in front of me. My first thought was SHARK (joking I use to fish oversize sturgeon.) I had to move out of the way of two more. For some reason they would surface right in front of me. Look for Troutdale reading 100 or further South... It's definitely rideable without the South component, but it's a lot better with it. IMHO anyways... It was fun watching the carnage early but the best was had between 4:00 - 6:00. Only about 3-4 kiters left on the water. Wind mellowed to 9m, all that butter on the inside to ourselves, sunny, warm...great day. It was nice to meet some of you nwkiters.
