Didn't take any pics, but when we got there at ~11:15, Tak was headed out on a REV 5 (perfectly powered) and Tim was on his T2 7. Ken pumped up a 5m which blew a center strut sitting on the beach and I took out my REV 7. I was completely out of control, overpowered at times! After riding for an hour or so, I took a break then went out ~1:30 for a bit. Was better by then, but still powered 7m.

Slither headed upwind on his REV 9, and as we were leaving Kraemer, Carl, and Chris were just rigging and getting on the water. Plenty of other kiters upwind too.

We arrived at 9:30 to smoke on the water! I was lit on the CULT 7.5
Wind was backing off when I left around 3.

Jason hope you can fix your REV. Thanks again for shooting video.

I was on a 7.5 Cult all day. I'm leaving now at 4:30, and it's still 7 to 9 wind' but not as gusty as earlier. VERY nice day at RR! Smile

Yeah, pretty good, saw some nakeds tho. Confused

Was doing alright till Spike cut my lines and bridle in half in the shipping lane helping get me my board...
but then he rescued me, so that made up for it! Very Happy
It was really odd, the bridle broke, but that's not where the lines crossed, and a Front line broke right where it meets the trim near the bar! One line also crossed Spike's 7m and cut a 3inch hole in the canopy. Just very odd, glad we made it out ok w/ gear relatively intact.

I think we counted 4 or 5 kites (besides ours) blowing into the sticks, blowing up, or otherwise getting damaged!

All in all a good day, probably needed some new lines anyway!
