Smathers beach is a great spot to ride w/ a nice 'Honey Hole' for transitions and trix. Overall the beaches here are not as nice as Maui / main land FLA or Hatteras. But - There are great places to eat, music to hear, and plenty of other things to do tho. And, there are wild chickens all over the place.
