Can anyone recommend a great kite spot for February? Willing to travel, just learning, hitting Padre later but would appreciate any ideas.

| If you want a cheap fix get a landboard and rip down the beach on your foil - really good skill builder.

Monday: Periods of rain showers. High near 37. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
