Seems like my kite is more than willing to lift me up when I'm not paying enough attention to it but when trying to get a lift out of it it won't cooperate.

I think it also has to do with confidence! ...and trying to break the habit of not moving your kite too fast as it will cause lift.

And "YES", kiteboarding without jumping would be....well....just less cool! Cool

Thanks again for everyones comments!

one thing though..how you jump best also depends on what kite you have. A bow will jump differnt from a SLE from a C.

There are different wayt to jump different kites, so if you could provide more info there, you'll get more help.

Also try to describe in more detail what happens...sometimes super minor adjustments will have a huge impact.
