Cool to finally meet you guys. We had a great session at the river mouth today, and will be hooking up with some people tomorrow at about 2:00 at the river mouth to shuttle up to Lot B if anyone is interested. Hope you guys have a good road trip south. Keep the pics rolling and let us know if you find any secret spots along the southern coast.

Pity to see the coastal crawl crew fly South but it was great to see them all off from Oceanside yesterday. Thanks PKH for letting me use that wicked Naish surfboard.. .Robby's words inspired me on those outside sets (I needed them more rounding the corner into Netarts Twisted Evil ).

The crew started with a downwinder from Oceanside to Schooner Beach on 9's/12's. Then rigged down and sailed from Schooners the rest of the day. PKH and I had a great sesh outside until we were blown off the water and pretty whipped. The inside was flat and there was some good flatwater up behind the spit.

Great times and wind. Have fun down there fellas and bring Sasquatch back in one piece Laughing .

They are heading south I think they are camping out on Blowhard's front lawn as we speak. PKH has been taking some photos just said he would post them as soon as he finds internet. Sounds like they have been meeting a lot of cool people are had some great kiting. Cant wait to hear all about it.

I rode with PacificHigh and KiteTele at newport on Tuesday; where was Phil?
I know this sounds typical, but you guys should have been in Newport on Monday! Some local riders were saying it was "the best" "EVER"! Good wind and nice clean headhigh waves.

Hey y'all ... sitting at the blowhard terminal, thought I'd post an update.

Florence is burly! These guys are hardcore... 5m kites and low visibility fog. For some reason they keep charging it though, I just tried to stay out of the way.

We hit it last two days, yesterday was a bit more mellow. We're headed down to Floras Lake today to setup camp and then maybe ride there and/or head to Whiskey Run for some downwinders. Come on down for the weekend, we should have extra room for a tent or two.

We owe Blowhard and Mrs. Blowhard huge for their hospitality. They have a killer lakeside spot that makes for good camping. Pretty kickass pancake breakfast too.

Steve - I was right there dude, green waroo. Newport is sick, you should have been there Wednesday. Very Happy
