At comparable area to 483/450 stabilizers it has winglets pointed up (unlike 483), preventing wingtip damage, has perfectly balanced AoA without need to shim as 450 does and is thinner than 483/450 allowing better cruising and top speed while remaining easy to ride and stable to learn on.
