$60/yr for helicopter and another 60 for ambulance. I hope to never need it. The more of us that carry it the lower the cost for all. A helicopter ride to PDX will set you back 50-75k or more. An ambulance ride out of a small radius 10-15k. I started this about 10 years ago upon the recommendation of two Hood River ER docs who carry it.

I have both because i winter in the methow valley, and the local rescue service recommends having both in case one is already on a flight.
