southeast coast - Jupiter. Damien LeRoy lives there and films all his how-to videos.
you can see the monthly stats on Ikite.....

Jupiter is the windiest point in Florida. Shorebreak can be a challenge with wind direction. Sharks are present!

Fort Pierce is nice option since it has a jetty to break the
Shore break. Just north of Jupiter

There was a fair size windsurfing community around Stuart, Jensen Beach, and up to Ft Pierce. Lots of beaches, and the Indian River. Windiest in the winter, dead or very light in the summer.

I would expect a decent kite scene.

Water and air are warmish, but still wetsuit conditions.

I moved from there to HR in 88 and never felt any urge to return. It's Florida, Jake.

the sharks get bigger north of Jupiter Laughing

dragged my stuff down last December
kitebeach jupiter and just north a mile, corners if the shore pound is heinous

fun winging but humbling, paddling out the giant 6m wing thru head high surf

i spent time in FL during October, maybe 2 years ago. Surfed, SUP'd, twin tip kite'd. Wind was up most days, but was low double digits most of the time.....just enough to make the surf choppy and nearly 'illegible', not quite enough for twin tip riding. Im not a foiler, and i really didnt see any there, but it seemed like you could ride a foil most days all day. There were 2 bigger wind days, and seemed like a good population of wingers out on those days.

Im betting you'll score if you go
