Today was survival kiting at its best. Still fun in a scary kind of way. Wow, 8m C over powered on a downwinder. Slither, thank the wind gods (WGs) for modern kites. SW winds, fun but the ocean was a mess, no sets, just wind foam. We hit the water from 3:00 to 4. Shocked

Manzo was so sunny and steay yesterday--not common; 12m C for both dwers. . . and every kind of wildlife out there: gray whale pods, tons of sea lions just outside the break, dolfins, salmon breaching, sea birds (diving kind, no sure what they are called). 6 kiters out and only one prehistoric poleboarder out there who was cool; thank you WGs.
