Apparently they're handing out parking tickets like candy on even Sunday's as well. ( Come on, really? ) Not sure how I feel about this as I don't even think Hood River Downtown area has fees for parking on Sundays.
I was trying to meet a friend 9/8 at ES and was going to park outside the fee area and head in for 5 minutes but the parking attendant was so busy writing tickets he never left the area. Apparently a lot of peeps don't know.

Yeah I'm kind of confused about that too. There are signs posted all over saying launching is closed, yet most people seem to be launching from the grass area. I don't really see any reason for it to still be closed, though. |
