The Gorge Huckfest is running this weekend! The local wind gurus have spent much time debating this and we're betting on a windy weekend. Please read the updated details below regarding schedule, registration, divisions (masters added), and scoring.
When: The weekend of August 31/Sep 1st
Where: Stevenson, WA. East Point Kite Launch. Please do not park in the parallel spots adjacent to Jester and Judge.
Registration is $45 and can be cash or card (card uses online eventbrite service, same price). See more details below.

REGISTRATION
If you are planning on competing in this event please register online as soon as possible. The participation fee is $45 and includes an event tee and raffle tickets for our prize pool. Refunds are available in the event that you register but cannot make it. Spectating is free and encouraged!
EVENT DETAILS:
We will be using a panel of judges and crowd response to evaluate height and style. This also keeps riders close to the spectators for much better viewing and photo/video opportunity. Riders will compete in heats with the top spots advancing.
SCORING:
Strapless Surf Freestyle and Foil Freestyle: (Height 1-5, 1 point per ten feet) + (Style 1, 3, or 5) + (Crowd Response 1-3)
TT Big Air: (Height 1-5, 1 point per ten feet) + (Style 1-3) + (Crowd Response 1-3)
Riders' top two jump scores are added together for an overall score. Heat advancement will be decided day-of the event but most likely top two riders advance (out of four or five per heat).
DIVISIONS:
Strapless Freestyle
Foil Freestyle

TT men's
TT Masters 45+
