Fri Mar 23, 07 12:00 pm AHHH! Where's the breeze today?!? |
|
|
Had to work all day yesterday and drove past the event site twice.. sunny and windy.
Was tracking fedex with new 07 Liquid Force Havoc 10,12,14 all afternoon waiting for the guy once I was free... just to have him show up at dark. Said he had a flat that morning and was delayed a bit all day.
Today I have all afternoon and full quiver.. but no breeze anywhere!
Sorry.. just venting a bit. Looks good for the weekend though! |

Session = Shortest drive to best sun and wind.
(point of origin=White Salmon/HR)
Willing to drive for better sun and same wind though...
Todays session though looks like it has 2 wheels and pedals and will be on the dirt, as there doesn't seem to be more than a breath anywhere... |

well, lucky for us we are in the NW.. tons of sun this time of year!
but, I think, Sun. afternoon, we could get some sunshine.
I am still debating the beach-clean-up on Sat., so, I might be grounded to the coast. |

It's blowin' 18 with gusts to 22 right now.
Ditch the bike and get down to the sandbar.

Hopefully it'll repeat this Saturday. |

Jobe and I got out on 10m and 12m Havocs about 5pm at the event site.
Should have gone 12/14 though, as it started to drop within the first 15 min.
Water level came up while we were there enough to cover the top sand bar.. which was about 15 ft wide when we arrived.
Lets hope we get it tomorrow. Higher water actually good, and the wood is on the move. |
