hey what do you guys think of Daryl's question -

if he wants to fly a two kite quiver and would like to fly in the gorge and out at SI what kites would you recommend?

a 16M C kite for Sauvie's island and a 9M C kite for Hood River? (I'm not familiar enough with bow kites to give a recomendation). Would this give him the biggest bang for a two kite quiver?

Martin,

i'd say a 9m bow kite would be better than a 9m C for the gustiness of the gorge, and specifically HR.

16m C kite works for SI because wind is more steady, not as gusty.

lots of guys last year were considering a 9m bow their one kite quiver for the entire gorge, that is with 2 boards, a shorter board and a glide.

my $.02
