With a little searching there is snowkiting in our own back yard. This past week Local Hood River Snowkiters David Tyburski, Alex Zavadski, Dave Edwards and I scored sessions from The Hood River Valley to Ol Dalles mtn Rd to Sincline. The more we explore, the more we all get to ride.
Pray for more snow...

| P.S. - What size Fuel is pictured in "Dave cruising (Medium).JPG"? Looks really small (5m?) or does it just look like that 'cause it's on standard length lines?

Today Tyburski, Sky, Alex Z and I are were luck enoughy to get some decent wind at the honey hole on Ol Dalles Road. I stopped by here on the way up to Cooper spur to go snowboarding. As much as I love snowboarding, I'd take a day of snowkiting with my bros anyday!

Aaron,
Dammit man, call me when you guys head out... I have a portable generator some studio lights just aching for a snowkite photo session... Have camera, can skip work...
I am only around until the 17th before I head down to Utah and Snowbasin. I am staying just a few miles from where they kite down in Powder Mountain, and will be heading down to Skyline for lots of riding..

I'm sure we will meet up at Powder (and Skyline) during your stay.
Powder and Snowbasin are my backyard (kinda).
We've been up to Powder a couple of times this year,
and maybe going tomorrow.
