I ride a strapped 5'6" SS Pit, which I boost. By the end of my session, my NSI ratchet foot straps are loose and maxed out (can't make them any tighter, which would be what I would want). I don't believe the foot straps are sliding in the track or that would make them tighter, not looser. I think it is the straps so I am looking for some better straps that might be comfy, snug and stay put. Any recommendations?

I had a track system Celeritas a few years ago and no matter how tight I screwed the screws to the track, by the end of every session the screws worked loose and slid together - making the footstrap effectively looser.

You can get little plastic spacers from Slingshot that are supposed to help solve the issue, but they didn't work for me.

I ended up getting rid of the board.

I have NSI Proton straps on all of my boards. Flexible and tight. When you're surfing the board they bend and flex in a natural way and permit you to angle your front foot for a natural riding position. I love having straps on my surfboards.

Never tried the track system. Didn't make sense to me, so I didn't bite.
