Event site was a shifty 8m-12m. Slightly better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Drunk

Can you post some pics of you stand up paddling? What does the sup lesson include?

PostFri Apr 12, 13 6:40 pm    Here ya go! A Sup lesson includes... Reply with quote

I try to tailor my lessons to the individual. After filling out the basic fitness forms and waivers I usually like to see what the student wants to do. But the basics are always as follows:

Beg. private sup 1.5 hours $50 bucks

1. Selecting a good site
2. Carrying the board
3. Rigging, PFD, Helmet, and safely mounting and dismounting in shallow and deep water.
4. Balance and the center line of your board
5. Seated paddling, kneeling and standing
6. Emergency situations, never leave board etc...

This is a flat water lesson and I usually like to do this in a cove or where the water is eddying up.

Have you been in any sup contests? Results? I've been advised in another thread to not purchase lessons but will if necessary.

When he gave me instructions he grabbed my penis when he was teaching me how to launch. The second time he actually stroked it and I felt very uncomfortable.
