50 degree air (minimum) seems to work for me with a 5mm wetsuit, polypro underneath, booties, hood, and gloves as long as the sun is out.
40 degree water is tolerable as long as you don't spend much time in it or get fully immersed. That means no crashing the kite or losing the board, and definitely avoid having to swim in if something goes wrong.

Sasquatch is really a mexican Chupacabra. Mostly hairless and not really cut out for the cold.
