Hi all,

It's a long shot, but I know lots of you spend time in the mountains and know others that do as well. Please keep your eyes open and share this info with anyone in BC or the Northwest that might have a chance of spotting them.

Our snowmobiles and trailer were stolen from 3rd street in Revelstoke, BC between 1:30-8am on Jan 10th, 2013. If anyone happens to spot them or has any info please let us know. Both are Skidoo Summit sleds that are black and blue. The trailer is a two sled tilt trailer with a black 2ft tall vertical shield in the front. The 2009 sled is a Summit X 163" track with a Skidoo backpack strapped to the back. The 2010 is a Skidoo Summit 154" track with a tall Skidoo bag sitting on the back. The sleds have Oregon and Washington tags on them. VIN number for the 2009 sled is: 2BPSCP9B19V000273. The 2010 VIN is: 2BPCKTAA2AV000329. Photos at link below. Thanks!

Damn Gene that sucks! Revy is a hotbed for snowmobile theft, locks are often not enough. My friend was up there filming the pros, and got his trailer and sleds stolen there ... and his sweet truck with custom sled graphics wrap!

Once Forrest's finger heals and your insurance comes through and we get some snow, I'll take you guys up for round 2.

I'm down Scott! Been dreaming of that last day up there ever since. Gene and I will both be rocking brand new Summit SPs that need to see some time in the air!

Gene, I picked up an aggressive pitbull from the human society. I tied him to your porch this morning. Should be better than a lock.

DON'T try and pet him!!

Because sleds are motor vehicles, you have to have a specific policy for it. You can't make claims against your home owners or auto policies. My sled policy is around $200 a year, and my trailer was a wopping $12 a year.
