I just discovered your post about broken ribs and how long it takes to get back at it. My experience was 5 non-displaced fractures on the left side (newbie breaking rules trying to fly 11m kite on school yard in gusty conditions.. Laughing I was back in action after EIGHT WEEKS! It was awful. Everything was off the table--bike, swim, weights, walk, eat, breathe...The only thing I could do was WORK... Evil or Very Mad
Eight weeks to the day--someone threw the switch and life was good again. Seeing as how your post was mid-October, you are just about there. Smile
Best wishes!

I broke 6 and it took me over 6 months to get 100%.

The longer you wait before straining hard, the less likely you are to have problems later...
