I like how the article mentioned that the park proposal was rejected by the first governing body so they went elsewhere. Anyone know if Naito might look at Stevenson or Bingen?

Good idea, high speeds, 25 feet above the water, and 15 feet bellow water level
The boat basin is obviously the safe spot for this with shallow water and rocks around the edge.
