Memo : It's sunny, warm and windy at the Event Site!

In case no one got the memo, it's sunny, warm and windy in Hood River right now and the Event Site is still open for kiteboarders to launch (safely and respectively, that is).

It'll be a liquid lunch break for me, how 'bout the rest of you?

Remember Event Site etiquette :

Please Pump and Dry away from beach and those launching/landing.
When Launching:
- have all your gear ready before taking over the launch area
- You in the water and someone up on the grass launching your kite
- Never launch upwind or west of the bathrooms (very bad wind)
- Once your kite is in the air, move and get away from the Event Site

For you show off's who think you're a Pro
- Please boost out in the river, not near the Event Site, Sandbar or other kiters/windsurfers. That is no bueno, mi amigo!

Landing :
- Land you kite just down wind of the bathroom and the launch area
- Promptly please roll up your lines and move your kite and gear up out of the way for others to safely land.

Parking lot :
- high fives, knucks and cold beers are very well received, as are the loaning of pumps and the offers to help others launch or land their gear.
