| Half way between East Point & the pier... the tree climb was the most exciting moment... guy came in just fine, several of us waiting to catch the kite, but a line just snagged the tree top, which caused the kite to invert right on top of it. Rider = Ok, Board & Lines = Ok, Kite = 1 small tear in the canopy. Pretty painless... I think Dangler might have got him fixed up right away...

Sweet shots. Looks like a good bunch scored the goods at Stevenson. How cold was the water by the way? Lots os snow-melt flowing into the river now!

I hope you guys are alright.
It looks like you got caught in that Columbia River Sewage overflow that has been reported to come down the river from Canada.
The water starts off blue during your photo shoot, turns shit brown, and apparantly flushed its way out by the end of the day in your last photos.
Make sure to take some Vitamin C. And take a nice long shower.

It had been some time that I had to climb a tree in a dry suit  Thanks to the very helpful folks around no big damage was done, just a fixable rip.

#4 is me. the giveaways: hot pink board, board shorts, and nail polish. Beautiful day for kiting! This will be be my 2nd season in the gorge, so I'm getting used to the cold. I love the Spring changes and the sunshine!
