It actually worked last night. Just me and one other boarder. Water is higher and colder, but still enough room (barely) to self launch in light wind.

I actually met a local who has a place on the river a few miles from the kite beach. He texts me when there are caps. All I have are a collection of text msgs

| maybe if you are on a 21m or 30m. Thermals aren't gonna really blow, especially since within 100+ miles are all going to be in the 70-75 range.
