Did you kite with your flex capacitor too or just leave it in the delorean? Kiting in the future looks amazing! Pretty sweet video bro, and I hope the weather's that nice a month from now!!

So what's it like in the future? Any new fancy kiting gear. Crossing the fingers for a hover board...

why in the world do you run your leash to the outside line instead of the inside??

oh yea, maybe the same reason your kiting in OR in november but think its december??? fyi, its a lot warmer down south, and the leash is generally a lot happier down there too.

bad to the bone session tho, im a fan

Great video, I love winter Rooster sessions!

Downstream has a good question though:

Why aren't you using the CSS?

I'll answer that. Because the design is a fail. I'm the fat white guy in the middle of the video haha! So anyway. I lent my other buddy my pink/black fuel after Eric and I rode and the CSS line snapped on his first trick. I have only heard bad things about this system from several buddies. I'm only the messenger here. Any rate I'm gonna put a new piece where the old broke and sell on E-PAY if anyone wants some more junk. I'm not calling out Slingy it's pretty much all I own, But for real design some shit that has equal line lengths...Hello lockdown...

Interesting, I've never heard of this. Was it the bungee itself that broke? Where did it break?

Ah yeah. I guess it was the bungee, right near the leash loop. One of my buddies had the black plastic piece in the double stainless ring snap out mid trick to near kitemare. It seems like I have heard a couple other stories. I guess my main complaint is that the lines are unique to the bar. At any rate I have a new bungee so there will be a 17" bar on E-PAY shorty. Cool

I got cold just watching it.

Oh there goes another down winder in board shorts past my office window in SPI. Note - good wind, good waves and flat water and no wet suit required unless you want a shortie!!!!! Travel further than Rooster!

At least you went for it tho. Doesn't look like any changes to the slingshot harness in the future either.

Where do you get your Rooster Rock wind info? Windfinder says it wont go above 9 mph today.

Downstream, time to buy a 4.5m kite: 40+ wind speeds often produce some sweet swell - and not everybody mows the lawn in that stuff!!!
