Click on that and then click on North and/or South coast forecasts. North coast is forecast for North wind 10-15. South coast is 10 - 20. Some waves from west swell. Definitely promising..... For me, to drive 3 hours to the coast I'd want to see a solid 15-20 with higher gusts in the forecast. Looks like there is a window between 2-8 that might blow. I'm not packing kites, just a surfboard and some steak to chum-up the water and clear out the line-up.
