Fell out of my truck on Springwater Rd. in Clackamas. Noticed a blue car pull over behind me. I pulled into the next street and turned back around and the car and my kite were gone. Not sure if the car picked it up to turn in or to take. Anyways if any of you guys that work the shops see someone trying to sell one let me know. It is yellow and had a small tear near the left wingtip. The tear is covered with a grey patch. Reward for any information resulting in recovery.
