Im Brad Ross and i want to try an clear Sean and myself of some BS.. i have plane tickets that can prove theirs NO WAY i coulda taken the kites..i stopped by seans that morning and was told of cole livin in a limo down at the river.. i had NO CLUE he would come back to town.. the lil bitch sucker punched me 4 years ago and broke my jaw over something just as stupid as this kite thing.. when i realized Sean wasent kidding i went STRIGHT to were the lil puss was staying..drove right up on em cop style, jumped out and settled my problem.. kinda, eric saved the lil bitch.. i wanted to knock out some teeth... as far as sean taking them.. YEAH RIGHT!!!! you really think the guys gonna threaten you for smaking a chick then come steal your kites???
i also dont think someone just happen to steal the stuff the day i came to town.. and some chicks kites.. ive been told the L.B. has a grow house in moiser... THATS were i think the kites are.. i have pics of the pad but not the address.. soon as i do im gonna give it to officer Martin... thats the H.R. cop in charge of all this... i dont live in the hood anymore and havent for a few years now... (nothing to do with mary beths comment...aka COLES GIRLFRIEND) thats why i havent responded sooner to this BS i just found out about it today...

I dont know Clair but it sounds like she misses her kites.. i would. and i dont think shes the type that can just go to town and buy new ones...

| Sounds like this Cole character will be in some trouble soon. Just reading his post made me wish I were in the Gorge so I could track him down and do some damage. Unbelievable comments to say the least. Someone do me a favor and fuck this guy up, it sounds long overdue. |

The *dude in question* always seemed like a cool dude...until he tried consigning around $2000 worth of stolen windsurfing gear with me when I was working for a local shop! Oh, did I mention the gear was stolen from a house he was 'squatting' in?! On top of it all, he lied and said it was his dad's old stuff when I asked him where he got windsurfing gear. What-the-fuck ever. I saw the black limo on Tuesday out by Rock Creek.
Don't know the whole current story, but that sucks to get kites stolen...ESPECIALLY BY A 'LOCAL' KITER!? Good luck getting them back.

I am very well off that's kinda why I own a limo i have no reason to steal shit from ppl! Well I'll be at the beach I'm going no where cause I am no punk so see y'all around! I used to be"scared" of the Gorge because of rumors of gusty winds and strong currents. Now I'm not scared of the water - it's the kite community I'm scared of!
Change vacation plans.......check!
Of course I'm joking but really. Wow. I guess this is like traveling to Jamaica or Trinidad....stick to the resort, don't wander into local turf or you're in for it. javascript:emoticon(' ')

| Hilarious. I knew most people in the gorge were dicks, due to overcrowding, gusty wind, horrible launches, etc... but this really takes it up a notch. Kites stolen twice? Thats 3rd world shit or at least a Maui vaca. |

I met some very nice local people early season this year. I'm older than they by a good number of years but was respected and made to feel welcome.
I also met a couple of guys hanging around the event site that after a bit I realized were not kiters but still locals. I helped one young fella with some gas and a ride. I'm sorry that for whatever reason life has bumped some into the gutter.
These thoughts of violence are normal but don't end up putting yourself in a bad situation , leave it alone and for the cops to deal with it.
Think about this , you pop the guy one out of this anger and he falls and hits his head. Severe injury , brain injury , medical attention , maybe Death ! Now what !? Your life is over because of a loser that sucked you to his level. Best just to verbalize it to vent to your pals and leave it at that. Be careful as the use of threats can land you in trouble as well.
