Stolen Liquid Force Kites HELP

Hi everyone,
I'm embarrassed to say I have had kites stolen from me again. This is a case of wrong place wrong time. I had been storing my gear in a locked van while in the process of a move.. that belonged to a friend, and kept down near wind wing. .

The Van was broken into Friday night or early saturday morning.

My 12m Envy in army green with green accent

and 7m Envy in army green with orange accent

have been taken. If everyone could please keep their eyes and ears open it would be much appreciated. These kites are property of Liquid Force.

also two naish torches and a bar are missing.

we have filed a police report. I am just shocked this would happen again, this is my favorite place to kite in the world, but maybe I'll have to re consider that since people can't keep their hands to themselves.

That really sucks. I hope you find those kites. Check Portland Craigslist, I had some surfboards stolen and they were on there the next day. Just take some big friends with you and shake him down.

Is thier any service in the hood to store gear.
Maybe the event sight needs storage lockers?
No body likes my kites because, I write my name huge on each wingtip, an center strut, and main tube,, its pretty ovious that the persons had a idea, what thier after, !!!
......... personal look for some homeless camp, if its not a inside job, if its not a insider they do not know what to do with that gear?
thinkin I need to write on my new kite, normally put on <slingshot team rider> and slingshots #. just for good measure, even if am independent.
....... and a fine point sharpie is really good, and it never wears off.

really hope you get them back.

My friend had his stuff taken from his van and the next day they
tried to sell at the local kite shop but the owner called my friend
and stalled the guy till the police got there

Your kites got stolen AGAIN?? From a van parked behind Wind Wing, WOW! Why on earth would anyone ever steal Liquid Force kites?

Hey Clair, sorry to hear about this. It totally sucks, I know. Thieves are one of the lowest forms of life on the planet, sub-human at best.

I have no idea why some people have to make fun of other's misery. You folks should know that it makes you look like a total jerk.

That sucks, Claire, hope you get them back soon! If not, hopefully somebody has renters or car insurance that covers the theft. You have pictures of the gear so that is usually all an insurance company needs to compensate for the loss.
