 Wow Kip, I even dragged the AHD out this weekend so I could avoid the Event Site and walk down some rocks alone without worrying about strings downwind.  What high water?

				| CGKA is correct.  Kiteboarding unfortunately is not allowed at the Hood River Waterfront Park.  I'll check the signs, but there is definitely a lengthy City Council resolution spelling out do's and don'ts, and kiting is in the second category.

 Thanks for the info...When I was last on site there were NOT signs prohibiting kiting in that area and there were kiters launching.
