If Towns or Council or whoever is worried about being sued , well hmmm lets see isn't that what all kinds of people do in America , Mcdonalds hot coffee comes to mind .
So if this isn't grounds something else will be sooner or later .
What was I thinking being from Canada where we just get told " suck it up princess "
No one told me that my kite would end up in Washington if it gets away from me , I'm going to sue for my25cts ( each way ! ) bridge toll and expenses and the pain and humiliation asking the greenhouse owner over there to access the beach to retrieve my kite .
How high can he go ? Eye level with Meadows ? ! What if his line breaks , sue the Chinachildlaborer that wove it , the importer , the store that sold it , Fk Pepi watch out I bought a line set from you .

I have respect for folks that fight for our rights to beach access. That includes Pepi, Forrest, and the rest of the CGKA. These are folks that have tried to get this stuff to end without taking it public for a long time now.

If you read back through the thread, you will see they did not ever name anyone that was the folks that decided to start defending him and Carl himself.

The best thing to do would be to just stop the activity (or move it to somewhere that is not a public beach with access constantly in question) and move on, not get all upset about hurt feelings.
