Event site access expires Friday, June 10!?

Has anyone heard if the temp access is going to be extended.
I've been down there almost every day and it seems to be working out ok.
Some entertaining moments but I did not see any conflicts with other users.
Hoping we get an extension.

There should be very few conflicts with other users since there are very few other users at the Event Site.
I was down there after work yesterday and counted 36 kites and 5 windsurfers on the water.
It's going to be very empty at the Event Site and very crowded at the Marina if the temporary access isn't extended.

The Port in conjuction with CGWA and CGKA is working on extending the timeline for kite access at the marina. Watch for signs and details here.

ALSO!!! Follow the rules! The drying of kites in the landing launching zone is causing problems. Move them over to the pump and dry area immediately.
The LZ is hectic and frequently mishaps are occuring.
Please be extra courteous and cautious.
