I couldn't hold my 7m Fuel down. Desdemona read gusts to 50. I'm sure fall Rooster gets in that range quite a bit too. Luckily I had put a chicken loop on the bar, so our arms weren't taking the full load, but the kite could easily "tea bag" you 10ft off the ground while parked in neutral (in the gusts). This wasn't the same day, but basically the same thing in a little less wind.
