Hey everyone,

The Cabrinha Crossbow lls (CB2) are in transit with an ETA of Tuesday August 1. Hot off the sewing machine.

Be the first one to try a brand spanking new kite direct from the factory at a FREE demo at Sauvies Island on Thursday evening 8/3/06, 4-8pm.

Also, try out the new specialized lightwind, flat kite, the Contra.

FREE Cabrinha kite demo at Sauvies Island, 8/3/06, 4-8pm.

See you there.

Please call ASI at 503 239-8973 for more info.

Thanks.

Word. If you enjoyed our previous Sauvie Island demos, Cabrinha will be bringing more of the same. This is a killer opportunity to not only get some time in on the latest from Cab, but also bring some non-kiting friends to get schooled on the ASI trainers and let em get a taste of the addiction. The more the merrier. Beers, Bros and Babes are gonna be standard. With this warm weather Sauvies has been THE place...even when there isn't perfect wind Twisted Evil

I think for safety sake, we should keep Jeanette away from the hot dogs. Smile

Hi,

Will you have any smaller sizes of the new Crossbows?

I am petite and would love to try a 9.

I love riding the 7 Crossbow most of the time in the Gorge but would
like a larger one for light wind days at the Coast.

I am new to the waves. WooHoo!!

As far as boards go nothing from 07 is off the presses quite yet...they'll be well worth the wait though. For the lack of 07 boards, we'll have some 06 boards AND brews to sample instead.

Monica, i haven't heard exactly, but I'm pretty confident Ken will have some smaller xbow II's for you to try. With that 7, you might want to try and go even bigger with a 12. I ride the 7/12 quiver and find I can pretty much kite anywhere from the coast to the gorge between the two. The nine might be just a little too close to your 7, and the 12's are grunty enough to pretty much get you out in anything with the right board. Nice and responsive for the waves too.

Hope to see everyone out there!
