So I arrived at my Canadian home for the winter on Friday night and have been busy enjoying the outdoors every day since (besides working on sled). I started a blog to try and share some of the winter with friends, etc. Not much to show yet but I put up a few photos and stuff. There'll be more to come as the season ramps up. Not a ton of snow yet, but it's snowing outside right now and it's supposed to keep at it for a few days.

It did pretty well. Had to take it a bit easier than usual but not bad at all. Probably went 30-40mph in a few icy spots but could go faster than that most of the time. The hardest part was trying to go fast enough so the truckers wouldn't run you over trying to pass you.

Hi,
While your in Canada playing try to get to the Yukon .
There is a Kite crew in Whitehorse .
They have many locations for the most awesome snowmobiling - kiting .
I was there in the spring and kited Bennett Lake @ Carcross , super good !
I was told to return in Feb.-Mar. for some of the best snowkiting ever .
I made a trip up onto Montana Mountain and you can literally go for miles as there are no trees up top as far as the eye can see.
Regardless enjoy your stay in Canuck country . Drunk

Heres a pic of Bennett Lake. To the right is Montana Mountain and once on top it's endless !

Thanks for the beta Jack. That sounds pretty sweet, but it's a bit far for me. Gonna try and find some kiting locally. There should be plenty of spots around once I get it dialed.

PM'd ya Lance.
