OT owning a corporation in Mexico

Anyone have any experience with it?
As a corporation you have legal ownership of land in Mexico.
So it is appealing.
And you can work and make money.

Planning on renting some surfboards, kites, doing art, and maybe a few real estate transactions over the years down there----so we have been advised to buy our land and house as a Mexican corporation due to necessity.
It's the law.

But the land ownership (instead of lease ) deal is a bonus too.

I know the fees are higher etc----but they are here too.

I would actually like to hear some positive feedback because a couple of nay sayers have tried to talk me out of it by stating that accounting fees will be high and property taxes will be higher etc.

Find out about the legality of living on a piece of corporate property...just because some do this, it doesn't mean it is legal (or a problem...most of the time).
