so, i was up at the guppy pond and on saturday when the wind came up it was pretty good. i mean the thing about this current rabidity is is when its shity, its pretty good, and when its good its exceptional, know what i mean? . . .

anyway, some young girl, i think she might be affiliated with will's kite/windsurf operation, kept bringing these newbie windsurfers over on a jet ski, upwind to the west shore of the lake, where they would flounder throught the kite lineup for 15 minutes before finally slinking off downwind.

now, those of you who know me know i am a peaceful soul not given to rants, but man, someonw should study this scenario hard for like 10 seconds and suggest that mixing new windsurfers in the kite runway is a ticket to Final Doom 2006.

on second thought, she can't be with will-he would shut that down in a heartbeat. gotta send him an email to cover the possibility, though.

Yeah and with those beginner rigs they go about 1/2 a knot when they're lit. They're fun to mess with.
