Can anyone give some feedback to this oregon coast rookie. I have logged quite a few days in the gorge now (50 or so), and i would classify myself as intermediate kiter at this point. I have ridden on Oahu at Kailua and Mokuleia, but that is the extent of my ocean expierience. Not trying to crowd any special spots or get in anyones way but I would be curious as to what spots I should be going to first to indroduce myself to the OR coast. Hopefully headed out there this weekend.
Thanks in advance for any tips! |

Try :
Roads End - Lincoln City
or
Manzo surf a bit bigger and less forgiving IMO.
Ft. Stevens - Sunset beach ocean side or Lot D (east side trail from Prk. lot ) for flat riding in "The Ponds".

Search a bit on here for coast spots, Oh yeah.... bring your A-game and your big girl panties !
Enjoy

Go for Manzo and bring your cow bell balls for some double overhead surf. Only then will you be a oregon coast rider. Strapless of course and charging in a barrel with a 2ft thick lip, cha ching!! _________________ *AIR PIRATES KITEBOARDING*
